We chose Radha Nagar because of its proximity to schools. Kendriya Vidyalaya is just a short drive away, making the morning commute much easier for our kids. It’s close to the project. The location in Jatani, Ramchandrapur Bazar is developing well. It’s a ready to move in property, which suited our immediate need. We looked at a few configurations, but the BHK details were not clearly available at the time of booking. The KIST Bus Stand is nearby, which is useful for occasional travel. My only concern is the dust on the main road leading to the project, which can be quite heavy sometimes, especially when construction is ongoing nearby. However, Cee Dee Buildeseem to be a reliable developer.
