I chose a 3 BHK apartment, around 1300 sq.ft, which offeample space. The price point between 45 to 49 Lakh is reasonable for the area. It's good to see a temple on the premises as well. The connectivity to NH16 is a definite advantage for any travel. While the project is still under construction with completion expected in December 2026, the development by Shaikhani Global Pvt Ltd appeasolid. My only slight concern is the dust from ongoing construction, but that's expected at this stage.
