Relocating to Bangalore for work, I needed a place that offered both convenience and peace. Orland Lakeview in Jayanagar, 2nd Block, seemed like a good fit. The proximity to Cloudnine Hospital - Jayanagar, nearby, is incredibly beneficial for my professional and peonal life. It’s also reassuring to know Mahila Seva Samaja Senior Secondary School is nearby. The Lalbagh Metro Station being nearby makes commuting to other parts of the city manageable. Reputed Builder is the developer, which gives some confidence. My main reservation is the potential noise from the nearby main road, especially during busy houI hope the building design incorporates good soundproofing. It’s a prime location for sure.

We were looking for something close to Jayanagar and found Orland Lakeview. The location in 2nd Block is quite convenient. My partner liked that Mahila Seva Samaja Senior Secondary School is nearby, which means if we have kids later, schooling will be easy. We also checked out Cloudnine Hospital, which is also nearby. That proximity is definitely reassuring. The main thing for us is commute, and the Lalbagh Metro Station being nearby is decent. We are still waiting to hear about completion dates from Reputed Builder, but the site looks promising.

We chose Orland Lakeview because of its proximity to good schools. Mahila Seva Samaja Senior Secondary School is just a short walk away, which is perfect for our children. It’s also very close to Cloudnine Hospital, which gives us peace of mind. The metro station is also quite accessible at nearby. Reputed Builder seems to have picked a good spot in Jayanagar, 2nd Block. Our main worry is the traffic on Kankanpalya Road during peak houIt can get quite congested. We are hoping that once the project is fully occupied, the internal roads within the complex will be well-managed. We are eager to see the final construction.

Being near Lalbagh Metro Station, nearby, is excellent for connectivity across Bangalore. Reputed Builder is known for quality, so I'm optimistic about the construction. However, I find parking can be a bit of a challenge in this part of Jayanagar, and I hope the project has adequate provisions for residents. Overall, it looks like a sound investment opportunity in a prime locality.

This is my fit property purchase, and I felt Orland Lakeview in Jayanagar, 2nd Block, was a good starting point. The address on Kankanpalya Road is easy to find. I liked that both Mahila Seva Samaja Senior Secondary School and Cloudnine Hospital are within nearby. It felt like a well-connected area. Reputed Builder has a decent track record. My only concern is that the construction dust is quite noticeable when you visit the site, which is expected but still a bit annoying. I am hoping for a smooth handover and that the final finish will be worth the wait. The metro is also close by.
