I chose a 3 BHK apartment with a carpet area of 1700 square feet, which is plenty of room for me. The Yoga/Meditation Area is a great space for unwinding after a long day. The proximity to Bhavnagar Terminus Train Station is a huge plus for my frequent visits home. The Orchid Developehave included quality features like the earthquake-resistant structure. It’s a well-built project that feels like home.

  My husband and I finally decided to buy our own place, and Orchid Victoria Bliss seemed like the perfect fit. We are upgrading from a rental and needed more space. We chose a 3 BHK with a carpet area of 1606 square feet. The size is good, and the Spartex flooring with heatproof terrace is a nice touch. Having the Bhavnagar Terminus Train Station nearby is incredibly convenient for our occasional travels. We also like the idea of the Solar Lighting around the common areas; it’s eco-friendly. The children's play area is a bonus for visiting family. We are really looking forward to settling in here permanently.

The location in Vidhyanagar is excellent, with Gujarat State Highway 26 nearby for easy travel. I bought a spacious 4 BHK apartment, around 2088 square feet, which is perfect for my family. The children's play area is a big hit with my kids. I also appreciate the 24x7 CCTV surveillance for security. The only slight drawback I've noticed is that the main road leading to the project can be a bit narrow and congested during certain times of the day, requiring careful driving.

The construction quality seems solid, and the 8' Teak Wood main door feels very premium. It’s ready to move in, which was a big factor for me. I am happy with the overall feel of the apartment and the community.

The size is perfect for us as a young couple starting out. The location near Gujarat State Highway 96 is great for commuting to work. We appreciate the inclusion of a Gymnasium and a Yoga/Meditation Area, which align with our active lifestyle. The granite frame aluminum windows look durable and stylish. While the project is ready to move, we did notice some construction dust from ongoing work in nearby plots, but it's manageable.

  We moved into Orchid Victoria Bliss about two months ago. The 3 BHK apartment we got is around 1650 square feet, which feels quite spacious for our family. It's great that the Shri Vishuddhananda Vidya mandir school is right here, zero kilometeaway, making morning commutes for the kids a breeze. The Orchid Developeteam seems to have put good thought into the earthquake-resistant structure, which gives us peace of mind. We also like the landscaping around the complex; it's quite pleasant. One small thing is that the access road can get a bit busy during peak hou, but overall, it’s a comfortable place to live. The gymnasium is also well-equipped for my daily workouts.

Its location in Vidhyanagar provides decent connectivity. While the parking area seems a bit compact for multiple ca, the overall build quality and the comprehensive list of features make it a worthwhile purchase.
