The proximity to Gujarat State Highway 96 is really helpful for my commute to the IT park, takes me about 30 minutes now, which is much better than before. My wife likes that HCG Hospital is just a short drive away. The price point was within our budget for a new home. The building quality looks decent from what we saw during our visits. Karan Developeseems to be a reliable builder. We are still figuring out the parking situation as it can get a bit crowded in the evenings when everyone returns home. Overall, it's a decent place for starting our life together.
