It's ready to move, which means I can start planning my construction whenever I'm ready. I liked that they have a swimming pool and a gymnasium available on the premises, which are great for staying active. The 24x7 CCTV surveillance provides a good sense of security. Sultanpur Road is an area that's seeing growth, so I'm hopeful about the future appreciation of the property. The only slight drawback is that Indira Nagar Metro Station is quite far, nearby, making daily commutes to a farther office a bit challenging.

The price range was also within our budget, around 16 Lakh. Being ready to move was a major factor for us. Vasundhara Group seems to have completed this project by November 2022. The Vastu compliance is a nice touch, and it's good to see a children's play area for when we have guests. The location on Sultanpur Road is becoming more developed, which is promising. Hopefully, the commute to the hospital won't be too bad once we settle in. We did notice some dust from ongoing construction nearby, but that's common in developing areas.

The price seemed reasonable for the area. They have good amenities like a gymnasium and a security cabin, which makes me feel secure. The land has been developed with landscaping, which looks nice. It's located on Sultanpur Road, Gosainganj. The proximity to Sankat Mochan Public School, a short distance, is a huge plus for future possibilities. I did find the parking area a bit cramped, which might be an issue if many residents have multiple caOtherwise, it’s a good start.

However, the OC received status is not available, which is a bit concerning for future approvals and loans. We hope the developer addresses this soon. Overall, it's a good step up from renting.

The project is ready to move, which meant no waiting period. The landscaping and tree planting give it a pleasant feel. It's good that they have a fire fighting system installed, which is important for safety. The location on Sultanpur Road, Gosainganj is developing nicely. It's close to CHC Gosainganj Lucknow, a short distance, which is convenient. My only concern is the traffic on Sultanpur Road during peak houcan get quite heavy, making travel sometimes slow.
