We were looking for a plot near Sushant Golf City and found Ashirwad Shri Sai Bhumi Enclave. It's in Lucknow, right on Sultanpur Road. We bought the 1000 Sq.ft plot. The developer, omshrisaiashirwad, has included a cycling and jogging track, which we really like for our evening runs. The landscaping looks nice too. It's ready to move in since January 2019. The only small issue is the dust from the nearby road construction sometimes, but it's manageable. Overall, the amenities provided are good for the price we paid.

The location is excellent, directly opposite Sushant Golf City on Sultanpur Road, which is developing rapidly. Blue Haven English Medium School is also very close by, which is a bonus. The project is ready to move, and the landscaping and tree planting have made it look quite green. The 24x7 security is reassuring. My only concern is the approach road, which is a bit narrow for about 200 metebefore you reach the main Sultanpur Road. It can be inconvenient during monsoons.
