We chose Orbit Vinayak because of its proximity to good schools. Nava Nalanda Group of Schools is nearby, making the morning commute for our children much easier. The ready-to-move aspect was also crucial for us as we didn't want to deal with the hassle of construction delays. The area, Lake Range in Kalighat, is quite pleasant and has a good community feel. We looked at a few units and found the layouts practical for a family. While the overall project looks good, the parking situation can be a bit challenging if you have multiple vehicles, which is something we are still figuring out. Access to the main roads is generally good, but local lanes can get busy.

The location in Kalighat is excellent, very close to Nava Nalanda Group of Schools, which is a nice amenity to have nearby.
