The project is ready to move, having been completed in 2018. I appreciate the developer's attention to details like landscaping and tree planting, creating a pleasant environment. The gymnasium and swimming pool are good facilities for maintaining an active lifestyle. One drawback is the lack of clarity on the Occupancy Certificate (OC) status, which is something potential buyeshould definitely investigate further. The 270-degree expanse aspect is quite appealing for the sense of space and light.
