I liked that it is located on Hingna Road, Nagpur, and is quite close to the Hingna Bus Station. The developer, Orange And Cotton Infrastrcture, has provided basic amenities such as storm water drains. The nearby D Mart is also convenient for shopping. My main concern is the overall price point, which felt a bit high for a plot, but given it's ready to move, I went ahead. I am excited to start planning my construction soon. It’s a ready to move property. However, the approach road to the project could be better maintained. It’s a bit narrow and dusty, especially during dry weather.
