We booked a spacious 3 BHK at Opera Tranquil Earth. The apartment size is around 1500 sq.ft., which is quite large. The project offegood connectivity with proximity to Kanakapura Road, although the immediate access road could be better maintained. It's a gated community with good security features like 24x7 CCTV surveillance. The price point is competitive for the area and the size of the apartments. Opera Homes has completed the project and it is ready for possession. We liked the presence of a gymnasium and a table tennis facility. The private balconies are also a plus for enjoying the evenings.

This is my fit property purchase, a 1 BHK apartment in Opera Tranquil Earth. The size is 720 sq.ft. And it felt just right for a single peon. The price was around 57.38 Lakhs, which I thought was reasonable for South Bangalore. I was impressed by the green surroundings and the fact that it's a gated community. Opera Homes mentioned they have a multipurpose room and a party hall which could be useful. The project is ready to move in and has received its OC. My only small worry is the distance to the metro stations on Kanakapura Road, which is nearby. Overall, a positive experience so far.

We bought a 3 BHK here because of its proximity to National Public School, JP Nagar, which is less than 2 kilometeaway. Our kids will be able to go to school easily. The apartment size is good, ranging from 1225 sq.ft. To 1590 sq.ft. We are getting a 1400 sq.ft. Unit. The amenities are also good, especially the children's play area and the 24x7 water supply is reliable. Opera Tranquil Earth is a gated community and they have 24x7 CCTV surveillance which gives us peace of mind. The construction quality looks solid. We are looking forward to moving in after the completion in June 2023.

The price for this configuration is around 90 Lakhs, which was a bit more than we expected but the quality and amenities justified it. The project is in Anjanapura Village, JP Nagar Phase 9, and it is ready to move. We liked the idea of private balconies for each room and the children's play area is a bonus. Opera Homes has provided a multipurpose hall. The main drawback is the dust from nearby construction, which is a bit annoying.
