The price range of 55.82 Lakh to 94.07 Lakh is competitive for this area. The project is ready to move, which is a huge advantage. The proximity to Sanjeevani Medical Foundation in Lonavala is also convenient. My only small concern is the current traffic on the approach road during peak hou, but I anticipate that will improve as the area develops.
