    We were looking for something ready to move in Pune and found One Shriaunsh Phase II. The 668 square feet carpet area for the 2 BHK felt decent for us. Shriaunsh ErectoPvt. Ltd. Mentioned solar lighting and rainwater harvesting which are good features. The price of 84 Lakhs was a bit high compared to other options in Tathawade, but the location near Akshara International School is super convenient for our daily commute. Parking is closed car parking, which is a relief. The main issue is the traffic noise on the main road, it can get quite loud during peak houWe are still thinking about it, need to visit again on a weekend to get a better feel for the neighbourhood.
