We were looking for a 3 BHK in Nashik and Omkar Park caught our eye. The larger units here go up to 1619 square feet of carpet area, which is fantastic for a growing family like ouIt's great that Delhi Public School Nashik is only about 5.33 kilometeaway, making school runs much easier. The price range for these flats starts from 17.88 Lakh, which felt reasonable for the size and location. My only concern is the traffic getting out of Prabhat Nagar during peak hou; it can get quite congested. However, the amenities like the swimming pool and tree plantation are definite draws for the kids.

I bought a 1 BHK with a carpet area of 423 square feet, the smallest configuration available. The budget for this was around 18 Lakh, which is very affordable. It's located in Prabhat Nagar, Mhasrul Gaon, Nashik. The project was completed in 2018 and is ready for possession. The developer, Omkar Buildcon, has included amenities like rainwater harvesting and a sewage treatment plant, which shows some thought towards sustainability. The main issue is the accessibility; the internal roads leading to the project are narrow and can be challenging during monsoon.

We decided to upgrade from our rental apartment and chose a 2 BHK at Omkar Park. The carpet area for our unit is 641 square feet, providing much-needed extra space. It was completed in 2018 and is ready to move in. The price for our apartment was in the mid-range, around 35 Lakhs. The developer, Omkar Buildcon, seems to have focused on basic necessities like 24x7 water supply and storm water drains. The landscaped gardens are a nice touch. However, the Olympic size swimming pool mentioned seems a bit ambitious given the overall size of the common areas. We are still waiting for the Occupancy Certificate details, which is a slight concern.

It's ready to move, which was a huge factor since I needed to settle in quickly. The location in Prabhat Nagar, Nashik is decent, though reaching the main road takes a few minutes. They have basic amenities like 24x7 water supply and closed car parking, which are important. The price for my unit was about 20 Lakh, which fit my budget. The construction looks solid enough for now. It’s a quiet place to come home to.
