    We were looking for a 3 BHK in Nashik and Omkar Park caught our eye. The larger units here go up to 1619 square feet of carpet area, which is fantastic for a growing family like ouIt's great that Delhi Public School Nashik is only about 5.33 kilometeaway, making school runs much easier. The price range for these flats starts from 17.88 Lakh, which felt reasonable for the size and location. My only concern is the traffic getting out of Prabhat Nagar during peak hou; it can get quite congested. However, the amenities like the swimming pool and tree plantation are definite draws for the kids.
