We bought a 1 BHK here as our fit property. The carpet area is about 299 square feet, which is compact but works for us. It's a ready to move-in project by New Pushkaraj Construction. The location in Prabhat Nagar is okay, not too far from essentials. We liked that there is closed car parking available. However, the dust from nearby construction can be a bit of an issue sometimes, especially during the afternoons. We are hoping this improves as more projects get completed in the area. The flat itself is functional.

We purchased a 2 BHK flat in New Pushkaraj Apartment. Our kids attend Pranit Vidyalaya, which is very close by, making the morning commute much easier. The carpet area for our flat is around 351 square feet, giving enough room for our family. Being a ready-to-move property, we didn't have to wait for possession. New Pushkaraj Construction has provided closed car parking, which is essential for us. The Bhaktidham Bus Stop is also not too far, which is good for accessibility. Sometimes the noise from the main road can be heard inside, but it’s not too disruptive.

We got a 1 BHK flat which has a carpet area of around 300 square feet, which is decent for a single peon or a small family. The construction was completed in September 2019, so it’s not too old.
