The property is ready to move, which is great. I am considering it for rental income potential as the area seems to be developing. The proximity to Kendriya Vidyalaya is a bonus if I decide to use it for my own family later. The Sama Savli Road location provides decent connectivity. My only slight concern is that the OC status is not available, which can sometimes cause issues later. However, since it was completed in 2013, I am hoping it’s just a documentation delay.
