We finally moved into our new 2 BHK at Om Sai Vandan Apartment last week. It's a ready to move property which was a huge plus for us. The carpet area is around 559 square feet, which feels quite spacious after our old rental place. My husband liked that it's close to Mhasrul – Adgaon Road and Maharashtra State Highway 17, making his commute easier. We are still getting used to the neighborhood, it seems a bit dusty during the day with some ongoing construction nearby. The electrical meter room amenity is practical. Overall, we are settling in well and enjoying the space.

We chose Om Sai Vandan Apartment because of its proximity to Delhi Public School Nashik, which is nearby. This was the deciding factor for us with two young children.
