Om Sai Deepa Mansion 2 caught our eye because of its location in Kaggadasapura, close to Marathahalli and accessible to the Benniganahalli Metro Station within 7 minutes. We liked the 1000 square feet 2 BHK layout. The price starting at 45 Lakh was within our budget. The developer, Swaraj Homes BuildeDeveloper, has this project ready to move. Amenities like a children's play area and lift are good. Parking space can be a bit tight, especially if you have a larger vehicle, so that's a minor drawback.

Purchased a 2 BHK flat at Om Sai Deepa Mansion 2. The Super Builtup Area is 1000 Sq.ft, which is a decent size. It's located in Kaggadasapura, which is a developing area. The project by Swaraj Homes BuildeDeveloper was completed some time ago, which gave me some comfort. The price was around 45 Lakh. I appreciate the provision for Rain Water Harvesting and the landscaping. The main concern is the lack of an OC, which is a bit worrying for a government employee. It is ready to move, though.

The construction looks solid, but I hope the developer is responsive to any issues that might arise.

The 1000 square feet 2 BHK flat is spacious enough. Swaraj Homes BuildeDeveloper completed the project in December 2013, which shows they have experience. The price point of 45 Lakh onwards seemed reasonable for the area. I liked the children's play area and the landscaping. My only concern is the traffic congestion on the main road during peak hou, which can be a bit frustrating.
