The location in Vastral, North East Ahmedabad, provides decent connectivity, being close to the Sardar Patel Ring Road. The project was completed in June 2019 and is ready to move. The presence of fire sprinkleand 24x7 CCTV surveillance adds to the safety features. The built-up areas are practical, though the 1 RK at 241 Sq.ft might feel a bit cramped for some. Overall, it presents a reasonable value proposition.
