  We decided on Om Elite Homes primarily because of its excellent location for our children. Podar International School is literally next door, at nearby distance. We opted for a 2 BHK flat with a 502 square feet carpet area. The children's play area is a definite hit with our kids, and the swimming pool is also a bonus for weekend fun. The project by Om Developewas completed by November 2022, and it's ready to move in. We found the rooms to be a bit compact, especially the second bedroom, which is something to consider. However, the overall community feel and the convenience for school make it a worthwhile choice for our family.
