    We just put down payment for a 2 BHK here. The built up area is around 584 sq.ft which feels decent for us starting out. The location in Vastral is quite convenient with the metro station a short distance, making commutes easier. We also liked that there is 24x7 security and CCTV surveillance, which gives us peace of mind. The developer, Om Develope, seems to have a good reputation. Construction is still ongoing, expected completion is December 2030, so we have some time. The only small thing is that dust from the ongoing construction around the site can be a bit much sometimes, but hopefully that settles down once things are finished.
