    I secured a flat in Om Afford about six months ago. The location in Vastral is quite convenient, especially with the Vastral Ring Road nearby for easy commuting. It's also close to the Ahmedabad-Zalod Highway which is a plus. The construction quality seems decent for the price point. I haven't used the discothek amenity much but it's there. My only minor issue is the dust on the main road during construction periods, but that's common in developing areas. Overall, it feels like a stable place to live for a government employee like me. The Om Group seems to be developing the area responsibly. It's ready to move which was important for us.
