    We finally decided to upgrade from our rental place and booked a 3 BHK here. The built-up area is around 1485 sq.ft, which feels spacious enough for our family. We liked the idea of having a separate yoga and meditation area, and the children's play area is a good bonus. The location in Argora is quite convenient for us, close to Jawahar Vidya Mandir school. One thing that concerns me a little is the completion date of September 2028; it seems quite far away. We are hoping Oceanik Buildtech and Construction sticks to this timeline. The price for the 3 BHK was around 70 Lakhs, which was within our budget after saving for a while. The Vastu compliant design was also a significant factor for us.

I also saw they have a gymnasium and a squash court, which my father might use. The price point is reasonable for this configuration, around 58.24 Lakhs. My only worry is that I won't be able to oveee the construction progress closely since I live abroad. The project is under construction and due for completion in September 2028. I hope the quality is maintained throughout the building process.

I did notice some dust and noise from ongoing construction nearby, which is expected at this stage. The price for this unit was around 90 Lakhs. Having a mini theatre and a gymnasium within the complex is a nice touch for leisure. The 24x7 water supply is also a critical requirement for me. The project completion is slated for September 2028.
