We were looking for a family home and chose Nupur Apartment. Being ready to move was a huge advantage for us. The 3 BHK apartment at 1075 square feet offeenough room for our two children. It's located in Garfa, Rabindrapally, which is a relatively calm area, though getting to Jadabpur Railway Station takes nearby. Buildon included good amenities like a gated community and power backup, which provides peace of mind. The earthquake-resistant structure is also a positive for family safety. My only concern is the parking space, which seems a bit limited for residents who might have more than one vehicle. Overall, it feels like a secure environment for kids.

I picked up a 3 BHK unit in Nupur Apartment as an investment. Buildon completed this project back in 2014, so it's a settled property. The size is 1075 square feet, which is a standard configuration. The budget was around 53.75 Lakh. Garfa is an area with potential for appreciation, and being close to the EM Bypass connector, nearby, is a good connectivity point. However, the OC received status is not available, which is a slight concern for future resale value or loanability. Also, the immediate road access to Rabindra Pally Road could be better, with some narrow stretches. The gated community aspect and fire sprinkleare decent features for the price.

The location in Garfa is quite convenient, with the EM Bypass Connector being nearby, making commutes easier. However, the construction dust from ongoing development nearby can be a bit botheome sometimes. The fire sprinkleand earthquake-resistant structure are good safety features. It's a gated community, which adds to the security.
