The location is decent, close to the main road. I am still figuring out the exact budget for furnishing but the flat itself seemed like a good starting point. The builder, S M Construction, seems to have a good reputation in the area. I visited the site a couple of times before finalizing and the overall feel was positive. The landscaping looks nice too.
