While the location is good, the construction dust from ongoing nearby developments can be a bit botheome at times, especially during dry spells. Despite this minor inconvenience, the overall value is quite good for Kochi.

Finding a place near Assisi Vidyaniketan Public School was our top priority, and Nucleus Zephyr is nearby, which is fantastic. We bought a 3 BHK and the kids have plenty of room to play. The children's play area within the complex is also a nice touch. We got a unit around 1200 sq.ft. The price range of 27.87 Lakh to 42.82 Lakh fit our budget. The project was completed in 2014, so it's not brand new, but it feels solid. My only small concern is that Vennala can get quite busy during peak hou, so the traffic sometimes gets a bit much. Other than that, it’s a convenient location for families.

We just moved into our 2 BHK here at Nucleus Zephyr. The built-up area is around 900 sq.ft which feels quite spacious for us. Being close to National Highway 47 is super convenient for my commute to the IT park. The swimming pool and gymnasium were big draws for us when we were looking. Nucleus Premium Properties Pvt Ltd seems to have focused on resident comfort. The pricing was competitive for this area in Kochi. I haven't noticed any major issues so far, the construction looks decent and the common areas are well-maintained. It’s a good size for a young couple starting out. We are happy with the decision to buy here.
