I bought a 2 BHK flat with 557 sq.ft carpet area for about 39 Lakhs. The price felt right for a fit-time buyer. Novellus Infrastructure completed this project in 2015, so it’s not brand new, but the condition is good. The location is decent, close to Rahi Central School. They have landscaping and tree planting, which makes the surroundings pleasant. The main thing for me was getting a place I could move into immediately without waiting for construction.
