The 3 BHK apartments are quite large, starting from 2491 square feet built up. I liked that it's a gated community and has a swimming pool and gymnasium, which are important for me. The price point is a bit high, starting at 2.09 Crore, but given the location off M. G Road, it makes sense. Medical Trust Hospital is very close, which is a relief. My only concern is the traffic on M. G Road during peak hou, but being off it should help a bit. Overall, it looks like a decent place to live.
