After renting for yea, we finally bought our own place in AC Orion. We looked at a 3 BHK which was about 1450 sq.ft. The location is great, close to Pullepady Junction Bus Stop. AC City Projects Pvt. Ltd. Built this project a while ago, back in 2007, so it's a ready-to-move-in property. The gym and swimming pool are nice additions that we plan to use. The security is reassuring. My only concern is the size of the secondary bedrooms in the 3 BHK units; they feel a bit cramped for our liking, but we are making it work. Otherwise, the natural light and ventilation are pretty good in the apartment.
