The location in Vennala is decent, quite close to the Palarivattom NH Bypass which helps with commuting to the IT corridor. We liked the idea of the piped gas connection and rain water harvesting, feels like they thought about practical things. The price range of 79.0 L to 82.23 L was a bit stretched for us but we managed the loan. Construction is still underway, so we are hoping they stick to the May 2022 completion date.
