We finally moved into our 2 BHK at Nivedha Ramasri last month. The built-up area is around 1015 square feet, which feels quite spacious for us. It's located in Velachery, and the commute to our IT offices is about 30 minutes, which is manageable. We liked the floor plan, especially the living room size. The price was in our budget, around 76 Lakhs. The Nivedha Group seems to have decent construction quality, no major issues so far. One small thing is the road leading to the complex can get a bit congested during peak hou, but it's not a deal-breaker. Overall, a good place to start our independent life.

I bought a flat here a couple of yeaago. Nivedha Ramasri is in Velachery, which is a well-connected part of Chennai South. The flat I got is a 2 BHK with about 1050 square feet built-up area. The price was around 78 Lakhs. It's a ready-to-move-in property from 2012. The rain water harvesting system is a good feature given Chennai's weather. My main issue is the parking. If you have a large vehicle or two ca, it can be quite tight. Also, the road access is decent but not spectacular; you sometimes hit traffic getting in and out of Velachery. The Nivedha Group has a reputation, and this project seems to hold up.

The price was about 77 Lakhs, which fit our budget for a ready-to-move home. Having the hospital nearby is also a big comfort. The Nivedha Group delivered this project a while back, in 2012, so it's an established community. The common areas are generally clean. We did notice some dust from ongoing construction in nearby plots, but that's typical for a developing area like Velachery. The kids' play area is a nice touch, though small.
