We are upgrading from our rental place and decided on a 2 BHK at Nivasan Blue Heaven 1. The super builtup area, around 1274 square feet, gives us much more room to live comfortably. It’s a huge relief that the property is ready to move, and we can finally stop paying rent and start building equity. The location in Saravanampatty is fairly good, close to Sathy Road and New Keeranatham road. We also appreciate that the Occupancy Certificate has been received, which assures us that the building is compliant. One thing that we noticed is that while the main road is close, getting to it involves a short stretch that can get dusty during construction phases in the vicinity. We are hoping this improves over time. The hospital nearby is also a comfort.
