We appreciated the close proximity to Our Lady of the Rosary Higher Secondary School, which is nearby, making school runs much easier. Nitin is the developer, and they completed the project back in 2002. The area is quite nice, although the Goa Univeity Bus Stop is a bit of a distance at nearby. Overall, it's a good step up for us.
