We recently moved into Nisarg Hill Crest and are quite pleased with the spacious 745 square feet 2 BHK flat. The location in Pimpri Chinchwad is very convenient, especially with the S. B. Patil Public School just zero kilometeaway, which was a big factor for us. The Nisarg Group seems to have focused on basic amenities like 24X7 water supply and a proper fire fighting system, which are essential. The gymnasium is adequate for daily workouts. My only minor issue is that the road access from the main street could be a little better; it's a bit narrow for a few meteOtherwise, it's a peaceful place to live after my career.

I bought a 2 BHK here in Nisarg Hill Crest, around 700 square feet, mainly for its proximity to the GOOD MORNING Super-Speciality Hospital, which is right next door at zero kilometeThis gives me peace of mind. The price was within my budget at approximately 51 Lakhs. I appreciate the provision for a gymnasium and the children's play area, though I don't have kids myself, it adds to the ambiance. The developer, Nisarg Group, has provided lifts, which is a must. My main concern is the traffic noise from the nearby Aundh-Wakad road, it can get quite loud during peak hou, but I'm getting used to it. The 24X7 water supply is reliable.

This is my fit property purchase and I chose Nisarg Hill Crest because of the price point, around 49 Lakhs for a 686 square feet flat. The Nisarg Group advertised it as ready to move, which was important for me as I didn't want to wait for construction. The area seems to be developing well, and it’s close to the Aundh-Ravet road which is useful for commuting. I liked the idea of indoor games available on site. Parking is available both closed and open, which is good. However, I am a bit worried about the OC not being available yet, and I hope that gets sorted out soon by the developer. I will be checking the construction quality closely.

After yeaof renting, we decided to buy our own place at Nisarg Hill Crest. We picked a 686 square feet 2 BHK flat for around 49 Lakhs. It’s ready to move in, which meant we could shift immediately after the paperwork. The Nisarg Group has provided essential amenities like 24X7 water supply and lifts, which we find very convenient. The gymnasium is a nice addition for staying fit. The area in Pimpri Chinchwad is developing, and we found the proximity to the Aundh-Ravet road useful. However, the parking situation is a bit cramped; if you have more than one vehicle, it might become a challenge. We are still settling in but hopeful about this new chapter.

We chose Nisarg Hill Crest primarily because of S. B. Patil Public School being right at our dootep. Our kids can walk to school, which is a huge relief. The 2 BHK flats are a decent size, with the one we looked at being 745 square feet. The Nisarg Group has included a children's play area, which is great for our little ones to have fun within the complex. Rainwater harvesting and storm water drains are good environmental considerations. The location is generally good, though reaching the Mumbai Pune Expressway takes nearby, which is manageable. The price range of 49.0 L to 53.0 L was what we budgeted for. We are happy with the indoor games facility too.
