I was looking for a peaceful place to settle down after retiring. Nirmiti 25 East in Kharadi seemed like a good option. The apartment size, a 538 square foot 2 BHK, is comfortable for me and my wife. The landscaping and tree planting around the complex are quite nice. I appreciate the 24x7 security and water supply, which are essential for peace of mind. The developer, Nirmiti Develope, seems to have completed the project on time, as it was ready to move in December 2023. My only slight concern is the entrance lobby – it feels a bit basic. But overall, it's a decent place for retired folks.

The budget of 43 Lakhs to 63 Lakhs fit our savings and loan plan. Being ready to move in December 2023 was perfect. We liked the integrated intercom system and the 24x7 security. The location in Sainath Nagar, Kharadi is decent, but the roads leading to the main areas can get congested, especially during school drop-off and pick-up times for PDEA'S SHARDABAI PAWAR, which is nearby. The maintenance charges are reasonable, though. Overall, it’s a good step up.

The only drawback is the nearby distance to the school, PDEA'S SHARDABAI PAWAR, which might be a bit far for future family needs, but for now, it works.
