The price range, starting from 54.44 Lakh for a 2 BHK, was attractive. I purchased a 1047 square feet unit. The developer, Nirman Sonestas Develope, has been around for a while, which provided some comfort. The project is located in Bellandur, an area with good connectivity. The amenities like the swimming pool and multipurpose room are decent. The main road access requires going through a smaller lane, which might be a minor inconvenience for some, but for the price, it is acceptable.

It’s ready to move, which is a huge relief. The location in Green Glen Layout, Bellandur, is reasonably well-connected. We liked the landscaping and tree planting aspect of the project. Nirman Sonestas Developeseems to have built a solid structure. The only drawback we noticed is the noise from the nearby main road, especially during the day. It’s something we will have to get used to, but the indoor games and gymnasium make up for it.
