The 3 BHK flat is quite spacious, built up at 1565 square feet, giving us enough room. It's a gated community which provides a sense of security, and the 24x7 security staff are attentive. The price was around 70.43 Lakhs, which felt reasonable for the size and location. My only slight worry is the traffic getting out of Bellandur in the mornings, it can get quite congested. But overall, the amenities like the children's play area and power backup are very useful for settling in.
