This project by Shree Construction in Lalpur offe2 BHK apartments with a super builtup area of 1150 Sq.ft. The construction is ongoing, with an expected handover in April 2027. I am particularly looking forward to the RO Water System and the Sewage Treatment Plant. While the location is fantastic, I am a bit concerned about potential traffic congestion on Hazaribagh Road during peak hou, given its central placement. Overall, the amenities and location are strong points.
