This is my fit property purchase. I've chosen a 2 BHK in Nirala Estate. The size is between 955 and 1120 square feet, which feels right for me. I really liked the idea of a recreational clubhouse and track, plus a gymnasium. The price for my unit was around 1.1 Crore. I am a little concerned about the dust and noise from ongoing construction, which is expected as it's under construction until November 2027. However, the developer, Nirala World, has assured quality. The security cabin and 24x7 security are also reassuring for a fit-time buyer like me.
