The 4 BHK flat we occupy is quite large, covering over 2000 sq.ft, offering ample space for our family. The security is good with 24x7 surveillance and a security cabin. Being close to Max Super Speciality Hospital is a huge relief, especially at our age. The Vastu compliant design was also a factor in our decision. While the building is older, the maintenance has been kept up reasonably well by Nirala India Parivar. The amenities like the multipurpose room are useful.
