Relocating to Vadodara for work, I needed a place that was comfortable and well-connected. Nilamber Bellissimo offered 4 BHK apartments, and I chose one around 3000 square feet. The price was on the higher side, about 1.80 Crore, but the space and amenities justified it for me. Having a children's play area and a sports facility is great, even though I don't have kids yet. The proximity to BAPS Shastriji Maharaj Hospital is also a significant advantage for my professional. The only drawback is the dust from ongoing construction nearby, which is expected in a developing area like Bhayli. Nilamber Group has a long history here.

I purchased a 3 BHK in Nilamber Bellissimo about two yeaago. The size is good, about 1950 square feet, and the layout is practical. It is located on Vasana-Bhayli Road, which is developing nicely. The price was competitive for the area when I bought it. The Nilamber Group provided basic amenities like a swimming pool and gymnasium, which are useful. The building has lifts and 24-hour security, which are standard requirements. My main issue is the car parking; it can be quite congested, especially when visitocome over. Otherwise, it's a quiet residential area and a reasonable purchase.
