I was looking for something ready to move in Agra and found Nikhil Estate. The 2 BHK villa size is quite good, around 1200 sq.ft which gives enough space. It is located in Shastripuram, which is a decent area. Getting to Bharatpur Road is easy from here. The landscaping is nice, makes the place feel green. My only small issue is the road leading to the property can get a little dusty during dry weather, but it's manageable. Overall, it suits my needs well as I can move in immediately without waiting for construction.
