I bought a 2 BHK flat here for my parents who live in Agra. The size is good, 908 square feet, so they have enough space. It is ready to move in which was important as I could not visit much. The location in Shastripuram is decent, close to Ujala Cygnus Rainbow hospital which is a plus. My parents mentioned the swimming pool is a nice amenity. Power backup is also installed, which is good for the city. The only slight issue they mentioned is that the traffic on Bharatpur Road can be a bit heavy during peak hou, but otherwise, they are comfortable. The price was within my budget for them.
