I was looking for a property in Pune for my parents, and Nexus Westpride in Pimpri Chinchwad seemed suitable. It is ready to move in, with completion in June 2024. The 3 BHK apartments, with built-up areas of 621 Sq.ft, offer enough space. I liked the idea of a dedicated children's play area and a stunning landscape garden, even though my parents might not use them much. The 24x7 water supply is essential. My main concern is the traffic getting to the location, especially during peak hou, as the narrow lane access could be an issue. The price point is within the expected range.

This is my fit home purchase, so I was quite nervous. I chose Nexus Westpride in Punawale because it's ready to move in and the price for a 2 BHK was attractive, starting from 47.07 Lakhs. The 419 Sq.ft built-up area is cozy and fits my needs. I liked the video door security feature, it adds peace of mind. The developer, Nexus Group, seems reliable. My main concern is the upcoming construction noise; the area is developing fast, so there might be some dust and traffic for a while. But overall, the premium vitrified tiles and granite platform were nice additions.

The children's play area is a big plus for us and the landscaping looks very well-maintained. It's ready to move in, which was a priority. The price range fits our budget, around 60 Lakhs for the 3 BHK. The only slight worry is the distance to Podar International School; it's nearby which means a daily commute for the kids. Otherwise, the Vastu compliant design and granite kitchen platform are nice touches.
