The 3 BHK apartments, with built-up areas of 621 Sq.ft, offer enough space. I liked the idea of a dedicated children's play area and a stunning landscape garden, even though my parents might not use them much. The 24x7 water supply is essential. My main concern is the traffic getting to the location, especially during peak hou, as the narrow lane access could be an issue. The price point is within the expected range.
