The carpet area for the 2 BHK flats is good, starting from 362 square feet up to 440 square feet, giving our children enough space to play. We purchased a unit for approximately 52 Lakhs. It being ready to move was a big relief. Nexus Group has included amenities like Landscaping & Tree Planting and Water Conservation, which makes the environment pleasant. The 24x7 water supply is also very reliable, a must-have with kids. The only concern is the distance to the PCMC Metro Station, which is nearby.
