We recently moved into Nexus Homes in Gandhi Nagar, Ranchi. The apartment size is quite good, especially the 1623 Sq.ft for our 3 BHK. It felt spacious enough for our family. The developer, Arthika Buildcon, included a lot of amenities like the gymnasium and a jogging track which we use regularly. Water supply has been consistent, which is a big plus. The location is decent, not too far from Kanke Road. My only slight issue is the traffic noise sometimes during peak hou, but it's manageable. Overall, it's a comfortable place to live.

The location in Gandhi Nagar is alright; it’s close enough to Santevita Hospital which is convenient. Our only slight worry is the parking space, it seems a bit compact if you have a larger vehicle.
