We were looking for a weekend getaway home and New Front Amaaya Two in Lonavala seemed like a good option. The 2 BHK villas, although on the smaller side with carpet areas starting from 385 Sq.ft, are quite cozy. Having The Cathedral Vidya School and Yash Hospital so close is a massive advantage. The landscaped gardens and swimming pool are also nice touches for relaxation. Construction is ready to move, which was a big plus for us as we didn't want to wait. The gated community aspect adds a sense of security. We are considering the 385 Sq.ft 2 BHK apartment for now. It’s a decent place to escape the city.

After retiring, I wanted a peaceful place near nature, and New Front Amaaya Two offered just that. I opted for a 2 BHK apartment in the 552 Sq.ft carpet area size. The project by New Front Group has good landscaping and tree plantation, which is very calming. Being ready to move was perfect for my immediate needs. The proximity to Lonavala Railway Station, nearby, is convenient for occasional travel. The 24X7 water supply is reliable. However, I find the internal roads a bit narrow, and sometimes the noise from the nearby highway can be a little disruptive, though it's usually quiet at night. Still, a pleasant place to live.

The only slight downside is that the internal roads and footpaths feel a bit cramped, and sometimes there's dust from ongoing construction nearby, even though the project is ready to move.
