While parking is available, I noticed during my site visit that the closed car parking spots might be a bit tight for larger vehicles. I needed a place close to work and found Neevstone Indus Park. The 2 BHK apartment has a carpet area of 562 square feet, which is spacious enough for me and my things. Being on Hingna Road, it’s reasonably connected. The M & M Bus Station is nearby, and the metro is also nearby. I appreciate the 24/7 water supply and the landscaping they are planning. However, the construction is still underway, and it gets quite dusty and noisy sometimes during the day, which can be a bit disruptive when I'm working from home. I am hoping Neevstone will manage these issues well before completion in June 2026. The street lighting is also a plus for safety.
