We decided on Neelachala Imperial because of its proximity to ODM Public School, which is practically nearby. Having Apollo Hospitals also at the same distance is a huge relief for any family. We opted for a 3 BHK flat, and the carpet area is ample for our family of four. The project offebasic amenities like lifts and internal roads. The only concern is the dust on the internal roads which seems to be an ongoing issue, likely due to ongoing construction nearby or general traffic. However, the convenience for schools outweighs this for us.

Having Mancheswar Railway Station also at nearby is incredibly convenient for travel. I looked at the 3 BHK options, with carpet areas between 844 sq.ft and 919 sq.ft, offering plenty of space. The internal roads and landscaping look well-maintained. The 24x7 water supply is a must-have, and it’s good that they have it.
