The carpet area ranges from 905 Sq.ft to 1138 Sq.ft, giving us plenty of room for the kids to play and for guests. The proximity to ODM Public School, literally nearby, was a major deciding factor for us, as was Apollo Hospitals being so close. The project being ready to move into meant we didn't have to wait long after finalising. The solid waste management system and RO water are practical features. We do find the parking a little tight, especially when we have visitoover with their caMega BuildeAnd Developeseem to have covered most essentials though.
